Tatiana Gentil graduated in journalism from PUC-Rio, with an MBA in Marketing from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Commuication and Press Advisory services from UniverCidade. At Tools Comunicação, she is in charge of social media monitoring, internal communication and media training.
